Dr. Frank J. Scerbo is the President and Director of Clinical Operations at Scerbo Physical Therapy & Sports Rehabilitation. He is responsible for planning, directing, and evaluating all clinical patient activities within the clinic. Dr. Scerbo also manages the physical therapy services through developing strategies, policies, and procedures for Scerbo PT.
Dr. Frank J. Scerbo, PT, DPT, MS, CSCS received a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Columbia University and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from The University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (now Rutgers University). He is a Certified Advanced Hip Clinician and Certified Overhead Athlete Specialist through the Hospital For Special Surgery. His specialty is in the area of adult and pediatric orthopedic physical therapy, with a particular interest in post-surgical rehabilitation. Dr. Scerbo is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, the American College of Sports Medicine, and the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He is an adjunct Professor for the Kean University Physical Therapy Program and has been on the advisory board for the Hospital For Special Surgery’s Rehabilitation Network for the past 10 years.
He is a past Federal Affairs Liaison for the New Jersey Chapter of the American Physical Therapy Association, 2006-2008. Dr. Scerbo spent the first five years of his career at the Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation where his specialty was physical therapy for adult and pediatric orthopedic injuries and post-surgical rehab.
